Job summary

BWG Foods is seeking a Product Innovation & Fresh Range Development Manager to shape and evolve fresh food ranges for Ireland's convenience retail market. You will drive concept development, trials and multi-store rollout across BWG brands, working with Commercial, Retail Ops, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver compelling, profitable ranges.

• Experience in leading fresh food range development and product concepts.
• Ability to translate consumer trends into innovative food concepts.
• Strong project management skills with multi-site rollout experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with retail partners and concessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of fresh food ranges across BWG retail brands.
• Identify trends and translate insights into scalable concepts.
• Manage projects from concept to multi-store rollout, including trials and post-launch review.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver launches.
• Develop partnerships with fresh food concessions and franchise operators.
• Support in-store execution across fresh food departments.
• Design training programmes and resources for store teams.
• Maintain and improve core fresh food ranges for quality and performance.
• Lead packaging and presentation improvements for customer appeal and efficiency.
