Job summary

bwgfoods is recruiting a Retail Technology Advisor on a Temporary full-time basis to support our stores and retailers with mission-critical IT systems. The role involves coordinating internal and third-party teams, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail technology/IT.
• Understanding of Retail Technology, networking and IT.
• Experience with KPIs and SLAs and ability to meet them.
• FMCG grocery experience is essential.
• Experience with EPOS in independent retail markets.
• Strong ownership and project management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Full clean driving license.
• Willingness to travel nationwide with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support and growth of IT systems for stores and retailers.
• Deliver and manage projects through planning, analysis, design, execution and closure.
• Manage third-party suppliers and service agreements.
• Own retail technology across company stores and liaise with stakeholders.
• Develop operational procedures and system specifications.
• Create user documentation for core procedures.
• Provide stores support and troubleshoot requests.
• Oversee transition of new processes to operations.
• Travel nationwide as required.
