Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a Supervisor to manage and motivate the store team in Ovens, Co. Cork, ensuring smooth operation and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a customer service-facing role, with excellent communication, teamwork, multi-tasking and organizational skills to lead the team effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
