Job summary

Centra in Crosshaven is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining efficient store operations. The role supports training and development of staff and upholds brand values in day-to-day tasks.

Shifts run 3pm–10:15pm, Monday to Thursday, with potential additional hours. Centra is part of the Musgrave group, a leading Irish food retailer. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Responsibilities
