Job summary

Krispy Kreme Blanchardstown is hiring a Retail Shift Leader to run the shift, lead a busy team, and ensure top-notch customer service in a high-volume store. You’ll be hands-on at the till, handle product service, and maintain store standards with enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail shift and delivering customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift front and centre with customers, boost sales, and keep the store safe, clean, and on point.
• Lead and develop the team, supervise till operations, and serve hot and cold drinks.
• Handle stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, and assist with recruitment when needed.

What you'll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You'll run the show on shift - front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
• You'll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You'll be hand-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You'll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic - stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone's happy to be here. When your manager's away, you'll hold down the fort like a boss.
