Job summary

BoyleSports is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Kilmallock to help run the store and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with daily operations, manage cash procedures, and ensure high standards of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the shop.
• Step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager including being responsible for opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the shop team, cash management procedures.
• Opportunity to manage on occasion which will lead to further development opportunities.
• Balance fast-paced retail work with on-the-job training to upskill and progress within the company.
• Provide outstanding customer experience with a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable approach.
• Accept bets via multiple channels, including betting terminals and in-shop transactions via the EPOS system.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and introduce customers to multi-channel/digital journey.
• Work under pressure, remain calm and continuously seek improvements for the shop.
• Maintain high shop presentation standards and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Be a team player and adhere to social responsibility duties.
• Introduce customers to our in-shop and online offerings/products.
