Job summary

Faithlegg Hotel in Ireland is seeking experienced hospitality staff to join the Roseville Rooms Restaurant Team. You will provide exceptional guest care during breakfast and evening shifts, with midweek and weekend availability beyond the summer period. Previous 4/5 star hotel experience is desirable, and a passion for service is essential.

Part-time hours are available (20-40 per week). On-site parking and employee assistance program are offered, with company events to follow.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar role, 4/5 star hospitality desirable.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Midweek and weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly service to all guests.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Be familiar with menu and beverages; upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure areas are well prepared and set before and after service.

We are currently recruiting for experienced team members to work with the Award Winning Roseville Rooms Restaurant Team to deliver excellence through exceptional guest care and consistency of standards, for both breakfast and evening shifts as required. Candidates must have midweek and weekend availability beyond the summer period and for the foreseeable future.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional Guest Care;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with 4/5 star hospitality experience is desirable;
• A passion for and commitment to delivering high levels of guest service;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm;
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of the team;
• Midweek and weekend availability is essential

The role:

Working with the team in delivery excellent guest care, the successful candidate will be required to:

• Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests;
• To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently;
• Food and beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm and friendly manner;
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer, wine list, etc.).
• To ensure the all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• To carry out procedures in accordance with Company policy;
