Job summary

Faithlegg Roseville Rooms is recruiting experienced team members to deliver exceptional guest care across breakfast and evening shifts. Candidates must have midweek and weekend availability beyond the summer period.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years in a similar 4/5 star hospitality role, a passion for service, and excellent communication. Part-time hours and on-site work with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with 4/5 star hospitality experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Midweek and weekend availability beyond the summer period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests;
• Guests are warmly welcomed and orders are taken efficiently;
• Food and beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm and friendly manner;
• Be familiar with product offering (menu, beverages, wine list, etc.);
• Ensure all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service;
• Carry out procedures in line with Company policy.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for experienced team members to work with the Award Winning Roseville Rooms Restaurant Team to deliver excellence through exceptional guest care and consistency of standards, for both breakfast and evening shifts as required. Candidates must have midweek and weekend availability beyond the summer period and for the foreseeable future.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional Guest Care;
• Superb attention for detail;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with 4/5 star hospitality experience is desirable;
• A passion for and commitment to delivering high levels of guest service;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm;
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of the team;
• Be standards driven
• Midweek and weekend availability is essential
  

The role:
Working with the team in delivery excellent guest care, the successful candidate will be required to:

• To ensure that guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently;
• Food and beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm and friendly manner;
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer, wine list, etc.).
• To ensure the all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
• To carry out procedures in accordance with Company policy;
