Ballymaloe House is seeking a skilled waiter or waitress to join the breakfast team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and wine, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include interacting with guests, following safety regulations, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth breakfast operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker, previous experience in a similar role is desired but not necessary. Excellent personal presentation and grooming is essential. The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
