Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead a dynamic team in a busy hotel environment. You will drive guest-facing service quality, mentor staff, and work with senior management to align restaurant and bar objectives with the property's goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant and bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
