Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant & Bar department under the Restaurant Manager. You will help lead the team, implement strategies and ensure service excellence.

The role focuses on people management, recruitment, setting targets, budgeting and cost control, while maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Restaurant management role in a 3/4 star hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• An excellent focus on our customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the successful running of the whole Food & Beverage offering within the hotel.
