Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the F&B team across the hotel. You will drive guest satisfaction, contribute to hotel strategy, and shape the team culture in a supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.

You will build on your hospitality experience in a 3/4 star setting, focusing on delivering outstanding service while growing professionally within the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer or Manager.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Experience in a 3/4 star hotel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• An outgoing personality; excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction proactively and reactively across front office and F&B.
• Increase standing on TripAdvisor by encouraging positive reviews.
• Gather complaints from TripAdvisor, TrustYou, comment cards and Optimus reports.
• Check the Optimus sheet daily.
• Email complaints sheet to department heads and discuss corrective training.
