Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the Bar department and drive guest-focused service across events and conferences.

You will recruit, develop and motivate the team, set targets in line with hotel strategy, manage budgets and cost-efficiency, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

The role offers development through the Dalata Academy and a focus on customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
