Job summary

Autism A Chara in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, seeks a dedicated Support Worker for residential services on a specific purpose contract to cover maternity leave. The role is 39 hours per week with shifts including evenings, weekends and waking night duty shifts.

Applicants must have a QQI level 5 Health Care qualification, be passionate about person-centred support, possess excellent communication, and hold a full Irish driving licence. Ireland work permission is required.

Qualifications

• A full QQI level 5 major award in Health/Care is essential.
• Awareness of Key Worker/ Support Worker Role and philosophy for complex needs.
• Programme Planning with Person Centred Plans.
• rota availability including evenings, weekends and night duty shifts.
• Full, clean Irish driver's license (manual) with vehicle duties.
• Permission to work in Ireland.
