Autism A Chara is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to fill a fixed-term maternity leave contract. Based in Ireland, this role is 39 hours per week with a shift rota including evenings and weekends.

A full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential, along with a commitment to person-centred support for adults with complex needs. Benefits include education support, pension, sick pay, paid maternity and paternity leave, 22 days annual leave, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential.
• Experience with people with complex needs is valued.
• Ability to work shift rota incl. evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote community engagement and rights awareness.
