Job summary

Autism A Chara is seeking a Support Worker for a residential setting in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin. This specific purpose contract requires compassionate, person-centred support for individuals with complex needs.

You will work on a rota including evenings and weekends, with waking night duties. A QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification and excellent communication are essential. A full driving licence is desirable, and permission to work in Ireland is required.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative and on a rota including evenings/weekends.
