Job summary

Cpl Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential care services in Co. Tipperary for a Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee two designated centres.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support for young people with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities and complex needs. The PIC will lead residential care teams, ensure regulatory compliance with HIQA standards, and manage day-to-day service operations while collaborating with families and

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Healthcare or a related discipline.
• Management/Leadership qualification or willingness to undertake one.
• Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations.
• Full driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential care teams.
• Ensure high standards of care and positive outcomes for service users.
• Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
• Oversee the effective day-to-day management of the services.
• Work closely with families, support networks and multidisciplinary professionals.
