Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a leading provider of specialist residential care services to recruit a Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee two designated centres in Co. Tipperary.

The role focuses on leading residential care teams, ensuring high standards and HIQA compliance, and working closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to support young people with autism, intellectual disabilities and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Healthcare or a related discipline.
• Management/Leadership qualification or willingness to undertake one.
• Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations.
• Full driver’s licence.
