Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Person in Charge (PIC) for a residential and respite service in Tipperary Town, County Tipperary. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure HIQA compliance, and drive person-centred care across residential, respite, and day services.

The ideal candidate will hold a QQI Level 8 Honours Degree in Social Care or Nursing, with at least 3 years in intellectual disability services and 3 years in a leadership role, plus a full, clean Irish driving licence and right to work

Qualifications

Lead the day-to-day running of designated centres in compliance with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
Deliver and continuously improve high-quality, person-centred care.
Ensure services meet regulatory, legal, and organisational requirements.
