Cpl Group is seeking a skilled Person in Charge (PIC) to lead residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Cavan, Ireland. The role focuses on empowering residents to live with dignity, choice and independence while ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee designated centres, support and develop teams, and drive continuous service improvement in line with Health Act 2007 and HIQA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' management experience in health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical governance.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of designated residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently.
• Maintain full regulatory, legislative and organisational compliance.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff, promoting a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external stakeholders.
• Oversee care planning, risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
