Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is recruiting a Person in Charge – Autism & Disability Services to oversee two designated centres in Co. Tipperary. The role focuses on leading residential care teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and HIQA compliance, and managing day-to-day service delivery.

You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals, require a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field and a management qualification, plus at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Healthcare or a related discipline.
• Management/Leadership qualification or willingness to undertake one.
• Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations.
• Full driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential care teams.
• Ensure high standards of care and positive outcomes for service users.
• Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
• Oversee the effective day-to-day management of the services.
• Work closely with families, support networks and multidisciplinary professionals.
