Cpl Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential care services for an experienced Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee two designated centres in Co. Tipperary.

This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality, person-centred supports for young people with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities and complex needs. You will lead residential care teams, ensure positive outcomes, and maintain HIQA compliance while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• A Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Healthcare or related discipline is essential.
• A management/leadership qualification is desirable or the candidate must be willing to undertake one.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management or supervisory experience in health or social care.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage residential care teams.
• Ensure high standards of care and positive outcomes for service users.
• Maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
• Oversee the effective day-to-day management of the services.
• Work closely with families, support networks and multidisciplinary professionals.
