Job summary

CompassRock is seeking a motivated Resident Experience Associate to join Alta Verde in Blackrock, Dublin. You'll work closely with the Assistant Property Manager to deliver exceptional resident relations, leasing support and day-to-day property management.

This on-site role offers exposure to build-to-rent operations, training programs, and opportunities for career progression within a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer engagement or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Address resident complaints and escalate to the Property Manager when needed.
• Support resident engagement initiatives and renewal information.
• Assist Leasing team with enquiries, viewings, and documentation.
• Contribute to property operations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate lease and tenant records.
