Job summary

CompassRock International is seeking a driven, highly organised Assistant Facilities Manager in Dublin to support operational maintenance and statutory compliance across two prime assets housing 630 apartments. The role focuses on delivering a safe, compliant, premium living environment for residents while maintaining outstanding customer service.

• Minimum 5 years of hard facilities management experience or 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with building services (M&E, life safety) and compliance requirements.
• Strong customer service ethos and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site maintenance team and daily operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance, fire safety, and risk management across sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, manage RAMS, insurance, and warranties.
• Lead PPM program delivery, training, and SOP/documentation creation.
• Manage inventory, spares, and turnover of vacant units.
