Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities and grounds.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant apartments and relocation tasks.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks within scope.
• Support health and safety and comply with COSHH policies and training.
• Assist with parcel management and resident inquiries as part of the Community Team.
