Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English to a level that enables full understanding of safety labels and procedures.
• Experience in a similar customer-occupied environment with practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, amenities and grounds to required standards.
• Respond to maintenance queries and assist residents as needed.
• Assist with make-ready of vacants and ensure market-ready condition.
