Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance and managing operations within the property sector or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver service excellence in a management role.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Legislation.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape leasing strategies based on market data.
• Prepare and review budgets; deliver regular financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and housing regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and capital projects with timely resident communications.
