Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience driving leasing performance and managing operations in the property sector or similar.
• Experience leading a team and delivering service excellence in a management role.
• Detailed knowledge of Landlord/Tenant legislation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software; training provided.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to multi-task.
• Numerical skills for budgeting, reporting and financials.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop team members.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Desire to deliver exceptional resident experiences and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by demonstrating Greystar's core values.
• Leads the team to create positive experiences for residents and exceed expectations.
• Shapes local marketing and leasing strategies with Marketing to hit occupancy goals.
• Ensures campaigns and promotions are effectively implemented.
• Manages relationships with internal/external stakeholders and reports performance data.
• Engages with residents to improve service delivery and events.
• Prepares budgets, forecasts, and analyses financial statements.
• Oversees tenancy management, inspections, and late fee collection.
• Monitors health & safety and ensures regulatory compliance.
