Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Community Assistant in Galway, Ireland to help maintain pristine common areas, assist residents, and support move-in/out activities. You will work as part of a supportive Community Team, addressing enquiries and ensuring safe access and presentation throughout the property.

The role offers an annual base salary starting from €34,000 depending on experience, with eligibility for on-site bonus programs.

Qualifications

Ability to read and write in English to understand safety labels and manuals.
Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities to high presentation standards.
Inspect the community to ensure it's free of litter and hazards throughout the day.
Remove waste from vacant apartments and prepare spaces for turnover.
Rotate refuse bins and coordinate weekly collections with local authorities.
Address maintenance queries promptly or direct to the appropriate person.
Complete assigned minor service requests and assist with compliance in common areas.
Distribute notices and parcels to residents as needed.
Assist in relocate/move in/out tasks and ensure market-ready spaces.
Conduct weekly flush downs in empty rooms as per health and safety policies.
