Job summary

Greystar Ireland is seeking a part-time Community Manager to support day-to-day property and community management, including marketing, maintenance, and tenancy administration. The role focuses on delivering an excellent resident experience and achieving occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries, coordinating events, and supporting sales leases, move-ins, and compliance with safety policies. The role offers on-site work with potential on-site bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to act autonomously and make decisions when required.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to deliver day-to-day management of the property and its community, including marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration.
• Provides exceptional resident experiences to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Delivers customer service and responds to queries and complaints per the company procedures.
• Performs administrative tasks and logging of maintenance requests and notices.
• Supports events, leasing activities, move-in/move-out processes, and health & safety compliance.
