Job summary

Carton House, a Fairmont Hotel, invites you to join our Reservations team as a Supervisor. The role requires prior reservations experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, plus supervisory capabilities and strong leadership and communication skills.

You will manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests, aiming to maximize occupancy and revenue while coaching the team to uphold service standards. Proactive liaison with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reservations role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department.
• Supervise and support the Reservations Team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests accurately.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective booking management.
• Train and coach team members to maintain service standards.
• Liaise with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams.
• Resolve guest queries and booking issues professionally.
• Monitor reservation performance and assist with reporting.
