Job summary

Carton House is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations team in delivering exceptional five-star service. You will oversee all reservations, room allocations and guest requests while driving sales, occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates will have luxury hotel experience, strong leadership, and working knowledge of Opera. You will train and coach staff, collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams, and monitor performance to ensure excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passionate, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Working knowledge of Opera.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and email management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
