Job summary

Carton House, a five-star resort and Fairmont Managed Hotel, is recruiting for an F&B Supervisor to join the luxury Food & Beverage team. The role focuses on leading shifts, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring operations run smoothly in a world-class environment.

Ideal candidates will have minimum 2 years in a supervisory F&B role within a luxury hotel, with excellent English and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory Food & Beverage experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team during shifts, ensuring high standards of service across outlets.
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Support F&B management in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and promotion of offerings while maintaining guest satisfaction.
