Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel Food & Beverage operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team during shifts, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered across all outlets.
• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring an exceptional and memorable guest experience at all times.
• Support the Food & Beverage Management team in the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain departmental standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality service expectations.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and promotion of food and beverage offerings while enhancing the guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
