Job summary

The Fleet Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Reservations Executive to manage daily reservations, coordinate group bookings and liaise with housekeeping to ensure accurate inventory before guest arrivals.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Word/Excel. Knowledge of HotSoft is a plus, and there is potential for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is essential.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage day-to-day reservations operations across revenue streams.
• Coordinate group reservations with GM & Revenue Manager.
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure inventory is up to date before guest arrival.
• Maintain full working knowledge of hotel reservation systems (HotSoft/Opera advantageous).
• Work with Front Office and reception to meet budgets and forecasts.
