Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a VIP CRM Team Lead based in Ireland to direct strategy and day-to-day CRM initiatives for high-value customers. You will shape the full VIP lifecycle, including pre-VIP engagement, personalized communication, promotions, retention, and reactivation, in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

You will lead a team, work cross-functionally with Product, VIP Support, Content, and Casino, and use insights to optimize campaigns and scale impactful initiatives across global markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming with lifecycle management.
• Experience leading a CRM team or similar function.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle communication, segmentation, retention strategies, and promotions.
• Experience using data to inform commercial decisions.
• Ability to create and optimize promotional plans from performance data.
• Understanding of how CRM activities affect engagement, retention, revenue and product metrics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and processes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VIP CRM team, manage tasks, priorities, and daily workflows.
• Develop and optimize the VIP customer lifecycle (communication, promotions, reactivation, pre-VIP).
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns aligned with segments and objectives.
• Define segmentation strategies for different player groups and value levels.
• Monitor CRM and financial metrics weekly and monthly to guide initiatives.
• Identify gaps in CRM processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, VIP Support, Content, Casino, and other teams for aligned execution.
• Research competitors and market trends to propose new VIP CRM strategies.
