Job summary

BVLGARI seeks a CRM & Clienteling Specialist to drive CRM and clienteling initiatives across Europe’s E-Commerce and Customer Service teams from Dublin. You will implement data-driven campaigns, personalise client experiences, and optimise omnichannel client journeys.

You will lead gifting strategy, monitor KPIs, and ensure luxury client engagement across digital touchpoints, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement, preferably within luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client and sales data to understand consumer behaviour and lifecycle stages, personalising client touchpoints and supporting Customer Service in managing client portfolios.
• Lead the development and execution of CRM and Clienteling strategies for European E-Commerce and Customer Service channels, enabling omnichannel client journeys.
• Oversee gifting strategy and inventory for EU E-Commerce and Customer Service to boost loyalty and experience while managing budgets.
• Rigorous tracking and analysis of KPIs related to client satisfaction and sales, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage CRM system configuration, maintenance, and user training for EU teams and continuously optimise the system for luxury clientele.
• Collaborate with Central and Local Client Engagement, CRM, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Online Retail, and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities with commercial plans.
