Job summary

Travel Department Limited, Ireland’s leading escorted tour operator, is seeking a CRM Executive to manage HubSpot CRM, email marketing and lifecycle communications. You will focus on data quality, segmentation and campaign delivery to support engagement, retention and conversion.

Report directly to the Marketing Manager in a hybrid Dublin-based role. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in CRM or digital marketing, with hands-on experience in HubSpot or similar platforms and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
• Experience using an email marketing or CRM platform; HubSpot preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot CRM management and governance.
• Build, test, schedule and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Manage lifecycle communications and marketing automation.
• Create and maintain customer segments and campaign audiences.
• Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reporting.
• Support Partnership and Travel Agent marketing activity when required.
