Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a CRO Executive based in Ireland to help optimize ecommerce experiences.

You will partner with CRO consultants, designers, developers and clients to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable improvements. You will initially support senior consultants while owning defined initiatives from discovery through delivery, then progress toward CRO Consultant with leadership of roadmaps, client meetings and account direction.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4 or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and CRO.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities via analytics, behavior insights and research.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with expected business impact.
• Prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities: A/B tests, design improvements, or implementations.
• Own initiatives from briefing through launch and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates and follow-up on actions.
• Progressively take responsibility for client meetings and relationships.
• Use analytics to understand journeys and turn findings into actions.
• Document results to strengthen future recommendations and strategies.
