Job summary

OpenAI Ireland Ltd. is seeking an experienced User Operations professional to troubleshoot high-impact technical issues and provide expert guidance on our platform.

You will work directly with customers via tickets and live calls, resolving complex problems and driving automation to scale support. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve systems, reduce bugs, and define world-class support in an AGI-driven future.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work in user operations, engineering or similar technical roles.
• Proficiency scripting to automate tasks (e.g., Python).
• Strong SaaS troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Serve as a go-to expert on OpenAI products and platform.
• Escalate and collaborate with engineering to prevent recurring problems.
• Automate workflows and improve internal tooling for support scalability.
