Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR recruitment support.
• Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns and multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment - role briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, offers and onboarding handover.
• Source candidates for technical, IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, software, project management and support roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Draft and publish job advertisements, build talent pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support workforce planning by monitoring hiring needs, skills shortages and recruitment trends.
• Coordinate interview feedback and build strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, data protection requirements, right-to-work checks and internal procedures.
