Job summary

Reap is a growing fintech company delivering financial infrastructure for modern businesses. Our team works across client relationships, technical problem-solving, and product intelligence to help clients integrate our API and scale their operations.

As a Technical Customer Engineer, you will own complex EM‑EA support, troubleshoot REST APIs and logs, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to prevent incidents while delivering real value to clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical role with direct client exposure.
• Comfortable reading and debugging REST APIs and writing basic SQL.
• Experience in a 24/7 support team with cross-timezone handoffs.
• Familiarity with observability tooling — New Relic, Datadog, or similar.
• Ownership-driven mindset with proactive communication during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 technical support across PLs and Fraud/Risk during the EMEA shift.
• Lead technical investigations across multiple systems and diagnose root causes.
• Prepare structured evidence packs and client impact summaries for engineering.
• Build real relationships with EMEA clients and provide ongoing technical partnership.
• Proactively surface product gaps, recurring issues, and integration risks to Eng/Prod.
