Job summary

Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager, Treasury to lead the team building global, asset-agnostic money-movement systems. You’ll own treasury infrastructure—from wallets and custody integrations to signing and reconciliation—and partner with the Head of Treasury and product to turn strategy into production-ready systems.

We value deep backend experience, 8+ years in software engineering, and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience in treasuries, ledgers, or FX, with 1-2 years in leadership.
• Experience integrating wallet or custody providers in production.
• Broad fluency across the finance stack — virtual assets, fiat currencies, blockchains, payment networks, ledgers, and partners/counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Own Treasury engineering: assets and currencies, rails and networks, FX, wallet infra.
• Design, develop, operate core treasury systems; stay hands-on.
• Lead wallet custody integrations from eval to production.
• Understand clients, product, hubs; make strong technical calls.
