Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for new hires and contractors, ensuring onboarding activities are completed accurately and on schedule. This remote role serves as the central point between candidates, internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will engage candidates, manage timelines, and provide timely reporting to management, with a focus on compliant, smooth onboarding from offer to start date.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment or workforce planning.
• Strong candidate engagement and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable working with remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with onboarding and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilisation from offer acceptance through to first day.
• Liaise with internal teams to align start dates, project requirements and onboarding activities.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to provide updates and address queries.
• Track and manage documentation, checks and approvals for mobilisation.
• Prepare mobilisation communications and information packs for stakeholders.
• Monitor progress using internal systems and escalate risks or delays.
• Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements.
• Provide timely reporting on mobilisation status to management.
