Job summary

HRM is seeking a highly organised Relationship Manager - Contractor Services to own the contractor journey from onboarding through the assignment lifecycle, delivering a professional and responsive experience for contractors and contracting clients.

You will focus on proactive aftercare, accurate operational delivery, and identifying improvements to processes and communications that boost engagement, retention and conversion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor operations, recruitment operations, or HR operations in a service-led environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with contractors and clients.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows.
• Proactive approach to aftercare and issue resolution.
• Ability to identify service gaps and translate feedback into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey from offer to assignment commencement with clear communication.
• Coordinate onboarding with client contacts and serve as a reliable point of contact for operational matters.
• Maintain proactive contractor aftercare and resolve concerns in collaboration with consultants and clients.
• Support client relationships by promptly responding to queries and ensuring issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with consultants to drive retention, extensions, renewals, and conversions.
• Review and improve end-to-end contractor and client journeys, processes, and communications.
• Generate and maintain contracts and extensions; manage the online timesheet portal.
• Support payroll inputs, queries, reconciliations, and reporting.
