Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Translation, localization, or professional writing experience preferred.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required; what you can do matters more than where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate translations between English and Spanish for fidelity, fluency, and tone.
• Rank and rate model output in Spanish.
• Write improved translations when the model falls short, natural enough that no one could tell it was a translation.
