Job summary

HubSpot is seeking an Account Executive for Small Business to grow our Nordics footprint from a remote home office. You'll use inbound selling to identify opportunities, run online demos, and close deals across small and mid-sized businesses, primarily in the Nordics.

This role offers flexibility—office, flex, or remote in the United Kingdom per preference—and a strong emphasis on quota attainment, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in a Nordic language and/or market exposure would be a plus.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of high performance (e.g. over quota, President's Club).
• Sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them.

Responsibilities

• Quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Build relationships with highly qualified prospects at small and mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
• Help shape the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
