Job summary

HubSpot is hiring a Small Business Nordics Account Executive. Based in the United Kingdom with remote options, you will run online demos and close new business for small and mid-sized clients across the Nordics.

You will identify customer challenges, map inbound solutions to their needs, build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine our sales strategy. Fluency in English is required; Nordic language exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Based in the United Kingdom to be considered for remote opportunities.
• 1+ years of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Nordic language exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quickly identify challenges that prospective customers face and map inbound marketing solutions.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
• Build relationships with highly qualified prospects at small and mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy when new features are introduced.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to HubSpot's mission.
