FastSpring is seeking a Sr. Account Executive in Dublin to drive new business and manage the sales cycle for technical software and payments solutions.

You will identify prospects, develop strategic deals, and close high-impact opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring experience selling to technical buyers, a track record of quota attainment, and familiarity with Salesforce and related tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years quota-bearing sales experience in high-growth software
• Experience selling to technical buyers or into technical environments
• Proven track record of new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience with common sales tech stack (CRM, sequences, analytics) and MS Office/G Suite

Responsibilities

• Focus on new business and prospecting with SDR support
• Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new customers to meet sales goals
• Handle technical/complex sales cycles with a hands-on approach
• Monitor metrics to improve pipeline, bookings, and productivity
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients with internal resources
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement campaigns and programs
