Job summary

Camunda is seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager for EMEA to own and execute the region's flagship events and roadshow portfolio. You will lead end-to-end delivery, from strategy through speaker coordination and post-event analysis, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

The role requires 7+ years in events management, strong ROI and budget experience, and a proven ability to scale repeatable programs across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of events management experience, including 3+ years leading large-scale flagship events (500+ attendees) in B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Experience managing multi-event portfolios with budgets and ROI analysis.
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets and multi-country events in Europe.
• Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience building and scaling repeatable programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; capable of influencing executives.
• Proficiency with event technology platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EMEA flagship and portfolio event strategy.
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI for each event; drive pipeline impact and brand lift metrics.
• Manage budgets across the full portfolio and negotiate contracts with venues, sponsors, and vendors.
• Own all aspects of event delivery: venue selection and contracts, vendor management, budget ownership, speaker coordination, attendee engagement, and post-event analysis.
